When is the Showcase Sundays Concert Series?


The Showcase Sundays Concert Series will be held at Spirit of Jubilee Park (201 South Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204) from from 4:00 - 7:00 PM on the following dates:


June 15th

July 13th

July 27th

August 10th

The Showcase Sundays Concert Series will be held every Sunday throughout the summer, attracting hundreds of enthusiastic concertgoers. For vendors, this is an incredible chance to connect with potential customers while promoting your business.

Vendor Requirements and Expectations


We welcome a diverse array of vendors, from those selling handmade crafts to food stalls offering delicious treats. Keep the following key requirements in mind if you're interested in joining us:


  1. Application Process: To secure your spot in the concert series, interested vendors must complete a brief application form. Early submissions are encouraged since spots are limited.


  2. Permits and Licenses: Vendors need to be compliant with local regulations by obtaining the necessary permits and licenses. If you are a food vendor: You must be certified through the Department of Health and bring your permit on site to all events you may be participating in. This requirement ensures a smooth operation throughout the event.


  3. Setup and Cleanup: Each vendor is responsible for their own setup and cleanup. It's essential to leave your designated area as clean, if not cleaner, than you found it, to maintain the park’s beauty.


  4. Operating Hours: The concert series runs from 4 PM to 7 PM. All vendors must be set up by 3:30 PM and be present during these hours to serve customers and fully maximize sales opportunities.


  5. Product Diversity: We strive for a varied market experience. Vendors with unique, high-quality offerings that complement the concert atmosphere are especially encouraged to apply. Last year, attendees appreciated a wide range of products—from organic snacks to handcrafted jewelry.


Pricing


● Non-Profits/Churches (no charge)

● Local Entrepreneurs and Established Businesses: $25.00 per event = 4 events ($100)

● Food Vendors: $50 per event/
